  Plastic rattan extrusion line can produce single or multiple color plastic rattan equipped with one or more extruders, and also different shape rattan can be produced if different extrusion moulds are used. Including round rattan, flat rattan, embossing rattan, artificial rattan as well as colorful rattan. Plastic rattan is widely used on rattan chair, tea table ,flower basket ,weaving art and craft, furniture etc .Preferring different raw material such as PE, PP, PVC etc. the extrusion line can produce plastic resembling rattan with differing texture.

1.To create a space that customers can make a reasonable plan with less cost
2.We provide services of product profit analysis, recommendation of machine and auxiliary equipment and relevant budgeting, human resources allocation and budgeting.
3.We provide the mounting dimension of the equipment base, design of equipment layout, workshop ventilation, water transmission etc.

After-service.

1. we are responsible for installation, debugging and training, you just pay for the engineer’s air tickets, eating, housing and 80 dollars each day.
2.  provide service manual and maintenance instruction of main electric appliance, limb, usage manual of equipment. We also supply water, electricity, gas of equipment and installation drawing.
3. 12 months for warranty.

4. Fittings of the machine will be supplied at preferential price after one year .
