Extrusion die: The extrusion die is the main part of product molding. Its function is to continuously and uniformly transform the cylindrical melt provided by the extruder into a better plasticized pattern similar to the channel section and geometric dimensions. After refrigeration and other processes, a profiled product with better performance is obtained.

Refrigeration setting part: The cooling setting table is equipped with a water tank and a water circulation system. The water tank is made of stainless steel. The refrigeration is circulating water spray cooling. The setting table is equipped with front and rear moving devices and left and right, height adjustment devices.

Traction part: The traction machine is used to continuously and fully automatically draw the refrigerated and hardened sealing strip from the nose of the machine. It is a frequency conversion speed regulation type.

Cutting collection part: After the stroke switch is controlled according to the required length, the automatic cutting is carried out, and the delay is pushed down, and the flow production is implemented. The cutting machine uses the fixed-length work switch signal as a command to complete the entire cutting process, and runs with the profile during the cutting process.
